We have different services for most of which we can give a base quote within 48 hours for services rendered. For detailed estimates used to create budgets as part of our Pre-Construction Services, depending on type of estimate requested and the size of the project, the range is two weeks to three months.

As general contractors and for large projects we offer construction management with lump sum and cost-plus contracts with a GMP. In helping to keep costs down and to keep the project within budget and on schedule, we have found it effective to minimize the unknown costs and conditions that can be encountered during a project by maintaining a small staff of carpenters, masons, laborers and punch-out personnel.

The ability to keep them working through smaller projects and through associates where we have developed valued relationships enables us to take full advantage of our resources in keeping our project moving forward.

Our Construction Department offers subcontracting services in Division 6 and 9 for carpentry and finish work. We also are general contractors and for large projects we offer Construction Management up to 14 stories.
